Really Good F Words is an interactive guide to self-care. I wrote it from a coaching perspective and throughout the book you’ll find a combination of my stories, the stories and experiences of others, and plenty of activities that you can do yourself. By the end of the book you will have built your own customized community of support where common interests, lots of Fun and laughter (Fun is one of those really good F words), and a healthy dose of intentional action will have moved you in the direction of your own self-care practice.
